Welcome to the homepage of Fabrizio Monaco! Rather, in my new homepage: at the age of 16, indeed, I had already "conquered" the Internet creating a static Html site, awarded by tin.it "The Best Site of the week". In the last 10 years, however, things are changed: this site was, in fact, created on Linux using only open source technologies (a simple text editor like gedit to write the code and the FTP client integrated in Ubuntu for uploading files).
The look and feel and the layout of text and images are managed through a CSS style sheet (created by Andreas Viklund), according to W3C guidelines. In this page, and others, you'll find information about me, my friends, you'll see my pictures. The image you see on top of the page is a picture of the Swing bridge of Taranto, one of the few bridges in which the two sides rotate instead of rise up.
